1. Understanding

A job interview is a process in which a potential employee is evaluated by an employer for prospective employment in their company, organization or firm. During this process, the employer hopes to determine whether or not the applicant is suitable for the role. An interview is structured into three parts:
   1). Opening the interview and welcoming the candidate, outlining the purpose and structure of the interview 
   2). Body of the interview. The fact finding part, ask questions and allow the candidate to answer.
   3). Closing the interview. Advice the candidate when they expect to hear from you, thank them for their attendance and ask            them to confirm their referees.

         4). How Has Your Experience Prepared You for This Role?
         5). Why Are You Leaving (or Have Left) Your Job?

b). Answer
     1). I graduated with my degree in Architecture three months ago. I chose that field of study because I’ve always been                   interested in designing building, and a couple of family members told me it  leads to great career options, too. 
     2). My skills are a perfect fit for the job requirements. In particular, my skills and experience in                   designing make me the ideal candidate for the position. For example, at my last job I designed a             certain building. I can bring my success and experience to this job. 
     3). - This opportunity is really exciting as I will be able to learn/develop/progress in an exciting                     environment/industry that I am passionate about.
         - The first thing that caught my eye when I saw the job spec for this role was.
     4). My years of experience have prepared me well for this position. You mentioned that customer                 service is a big part of this job; I spent two years working in the design department of a building,           I  also occasionally participate in civic positions.
    5). - I had been with the organization for several years and wanted to experience a new environment               to continue growing.
        - I left for an opportunity to advance my career.
